Deep Rest Group Coaching

Learn how to recover from stress, release the guilt that keeps you stuck in a cycle of toxic productivity and never-ending busyness, and explore hundreds of ways to rest.

The fist Deep Rest coaching session is on Monday 2nd October at 7pm BST via Zoom, with weekly coaching sessions every week for 6 weeks. Each session will be recorded if you can't make the sessions live.

  • 6 months access to the Deep Rest online workshop. This 12-module workshop supports what we'll be exploring in our coaching sessions.
