The Relaxed Woman Journey

As women, being relaxed is where our power lies. The Relaxed Woman Journey offers a framework for our work together. Sometimes we'll move through all six-steps and sometimes we'll focus on just one or two, depending on your goals.

90-minute coaching session.

Focus on a specific niggle, decision or challenge. We can cover anything from the recent argument you had with your parter to deciding whether you want to take the promotion. Perfect for whenever you're feeling confused or overwhelmed and would like some support to help you take the next steps. 

 

12-week coaching package.

Healing, growth and transformation take time. When we're at crossroads in our lives – a career change, health issues, starting or leaving a relationship, becoming a mother, not becoming a mother – or the way we're living simply isn't working for us anymore, it's time to reconnect with our values, our power and what truly matters. Our sessions offer you a safe space to heal from the past, embrace the beauty of the present and begin working towards your hopes and dreams for the future. Over 12 weeks, we'll explore your values and goals, what truly matters to you and the insecurities and limiting beliefs that are holding you back so you can begin creating a life that truly nourishes you.

Meet your coach

I’m Nicola – an integrative therapist, stress and rest researcher, trainee sport psychologist and founder of The Relaxed Woman. I'm passionate about compassionate living, deep healing, self-actualisation, high performance and how we can make the most of these precious breath we call life.

Over the last 10 years I've supported hundreds of people – from students, full time mums and creatives, to CEOs, Premiership footballers and veterans – on their unique journeys to self-acceptance, personal evolution and professional growth. 

I live in Brighton and spend my free time painting, baking, reading, wild swimming, wandering by the ocean, growing my own vegetables and sitting in coffee shops with a good book and buttery croissant.
