Pre-order gift: Terms and conditions 

1. To take part in this promotion, entrants must pre-order either the hardback, audiobook or e-book editions of THE RELAXED WOMAN by Nicola Jane Hobbs from any retailer by 23:59 BST on Sunday 30^th June 2025.
   
2. This promotion is open to those aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of Nicola Jane Hobbs and Penguin Random House, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
   
3. Order number must be received by 23:59 BST on Sunday 30^th June 2025. 
   
4. To enter provide proof of pre-order of THE RELAXED WOMAN from any retailer with your name and email address via the form on therelaxedwoman.com – please do not submit any bank details with your proof of pre-order.
   
5. All correctly completed valid entries will each receive three exclusive guided relaxations as a downloadable audio file via the email address provided, accessible for three months.
   
6. The gift is non-transferrable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The promoters’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative gift of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
   
7. The gifts will be sent to valid entrants by 31^st July 2025.
